The managers and management team at Snow’s Management are familiar with each Association’s documents and assist the Boards in administering and enforcing them consistently and continuously. Snow’s Management keeps abreast of local, state and federal statutes governing the condominium and homeowner association industry.
Snow’s Management, Inc. is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI®) and our Association Managers are licensed through the Alaska Real Estate Commission.
By attending seminars and maintaining affiliation with industry-related organizations, Snow’s Management, Inc. can provide guidance and assistance to our clients so that we may carry out our duties on behalf of our respective associations.
If you are planning on selling your condominium you are required to obtain a Resale Certificate.
The resale certificate contains important information regarding your Homeowner or Condominium Owner Association.
Your realtor will inform you when the time is right to order the Resale. To obtain the Resale Certificate you need to fill out the RESALE REQUEST FORM.
The resale will cost $250.00. We accept checks or money orders made out to Snow’s Management.
You can mail your completed Resale Request Form to Snow’s Management, 2701 Fairbanks Street Suite A, Anchorage, AK 99503.
Or deliver in person to our physical address: 2701 Fairbanks Street Suite A, Anchorage, AK 99503.
Once our office receives the request form and payment we have up to ten days to complete the Resale. So, if you are planning on closing soon get your order in as soon as possible.
